Background, professional training and performance history
David Rogers has been playing music for over 40 years. He has studied with Hopkinson Smith, Joseph Fava and in master class with David Tanenbaum, Paul Odette and Nigel North. David holds a Master’s degree in music from Oakland University and has done additional work at the Musik Akademie in Basel, Switzerland and Indiana University, Bloomington. He has been a full time musician with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for 18 years and has taught at Southern Oregon University for 13 years. He has recorded for Dorian, Focus and Callisto Records and has toured for many years with the Terra Nova Consort. http://davidrogersguitar.com/
